Job Description We are now looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant with documented experience in project work related to branding, employer branding, and culture. It is a requirement that you have specific experience in branding projects for this role.

This is a long-term consulting assignment for a large global company with English as the corporate language, and we prefer CVs and cover letters in English. Start as soon as possible. The position is in Gothenburg at the office.

About the Role We are looking for someone who wants to develop within marketing and communications and has experience in participating in or leading projects that enhance brand and employer attractiveness. The role suits you if you have a background in marketing/communication/PR and want to take the next step in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and support projects related to branding, employer branding, and culture.

• Create content for social media, intranet, and presentations.

• Contribute with basic graphic design and collaborate with designers and content creators.

• Coordinate projects, maintain timelines, and ensure deliveries.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communication, or PR.

• Has documented experience in project work related to branding, employer branding, and culture.

• Is structured, proactive, and used to working in teams.

• Has good English skills and basic digital competence (Office, social media, preferably Canva/Adobe).
