About the Position
Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and enthusiastic Sales Manager with deep knowledge and experience in sales within our industry. You are a self-driven individual motivated by business, development, and building long-term relationships. You dare to challenge your customers to think differently and see the value in collaborating with us as an external provider of accounting and payroll services. With a structured approach, you focus on new customer acquisition, where service and quality are at the center, while creating relationships with a golden touch.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospecting new customers
- Organizing meetings with potential customers to conduct needs analyses
- Handling incoming customer inquiries
- Participating in our Nordic sales team with colleagues in Norway and Denmark
- Developing our service offerings in consultation with competent colleagues
- Following up on our ongoing customer surveys
- Budget responsibility
- Monitoring the market within our service areas
- Networking at various fairs and events
- Collaborating with experienced consultants to find solutions that provide significant added value for our customers
Experience working with HubSpot is an advantage.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with solid experience in B2B sales within our service areas: accounting, payroll, and HR. You have a unique ability to listen and understand, with the goal of finding sustainable solutions for all parties.
Your qualities:
- Structured and meticulous
- Curious and love to create new contacts
- Results-oriented and enjoy working towards set goals
- Solution-oriented and quick with feedback, both internally and externally
