We are now looking for a team leader in modular construction for Lambertsson in Jordbro to lead and develop the depot's modular operations. As a team leader at Lambertsson, you will play a central role where you combine planning and work management with customer contact and change management. You will be a key player in the effort to create structure, develop routines, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

About the role

In the role of team leader at Lambertsson in Jordbro, you will lead the daily management of nine employees within modular construction. You will have a varied role where you are responsible for planning, resource allocation, and follow-up, and are present in the operations, working closely with both customers and project teams. The role offers great opportunities to influence and develop the business through clear structure and improved work processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Plan, lead, and allocate work in the modular operations
• Ensure resources, materials, and equipment are available on time
• Hold and document pulse meetings and monthly meetings
• Be responsible for personnel planning, time reporting, and invoicing
• Participate in budgeting, quotes, and tenders
• Maintain daily customer contact and handle orders
• Collaborate closely with the estimating and project management team to ensure resources and planning
• Structure, document, and streamline work processes

You will report to the depot manager.

We are looking for a structured and responsible team leader. You are a proactive person who enjoys driving change, creating order, and building strong teams. You are clear in your leadership and confident in making decisions.

To qualify for the role of team leader, we expect you to have:

• Several years of experience in work management, preferably in construction, modular, or industry
• Good organizational skills and experience leading through change
• Experience in finance and administration
• Experience in holding meetings and documentation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driving license B
