The Social Administration offers an independent and varied job in care and support where you can work at different times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main tasks in home care include caregiving at the homes of care recipients and delegated medical tasks. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and every other weekend. This position includes resource time, meaning you will work at other units on an occasional basis that are not within your primary placement.

We promote health by strengthening the healthy, supporting independence, creating conditions for security, preventing ill health, and enabling influence and participation in the daily lives of care recipients.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who is trained or in training to become a nursing assistant. If you are fully trained, please include your professional license with your application.

The work requires a good ability to adapt your work to the needs and situations of different care recipients, as well as good collaboration skills. You should be a person who is attentive, flexible, enjoys facing new challenges, and has the ability to recognize both expressed and unexpressed needs in the organization.

A driver's license is a requirement.

We place great importance on personal suitability and that you have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both in writing and speaking.

If you are a citizen of a country outside the EU/EES or Switzerland, you need to present your work permit and show a passport, national ID card, or personal certificate.
