About the assignment

As a Documentation Manager/Data Coordinator, you will work on exciting and complex projects for one of our clients. You will be responsible for managing technical documentation from start to finish. 

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation according to requirements
• Coordinate document deliveries (internally and externally), review and approve  
• Develop and implement document management routines and structure access and traceability
• Collaborate with various disciplines and project managers
• Participate in the development of FFU 
• Perform technical drawing reviews, etc.

You are used to taking responsibility for the whole and collaborating with both colleagues, consultants, and clients in a humble manner. You not only want to manage but also contribute new ideas and be part of our common journey forward. As a person, you are structured, quality-conscious, and proactive. 

Your background

• University or college education in engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience in qualified project work as a documentation manager/data coordinator in large-scale community building projects (construction, infrastructure, energy, and industry).
• At least 5 years of experience in design and construction processes, 
• At least 3 years of experience collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and authorities. 
• At least 3 years of experience working in various digital archive environments and managing drawings, models, documents, and deliveries in multiple parallel projects with different disciplines. 

We would also like you to have:

• Experience working in the energy and electrical industry. 
• Experience in developing and improving processes, models, routines, and documents within the data coordination area. 
• At least 3 years of experience in model coordination/BIM, data, and visualization.
• Experience with FME scripts.
