We are now looking for a property caretaker to take care of our commercial portfolio in Malmö.

What will you do with us? The work as a property caretaker is done in close collaboration with team leaders, property managers, facility technicians, and several other colleagues. The work is largely independent, and you are given great freedom to plan your days. We call it being the king or queen of our buildings.

Your tasks will include maintenance and preventive work in and around our properties in the form of rounds, receiving and executing fault reports, and providing feedback to customers.

Who are you? To succeed in this role, it is important that you enjoy meeting people. It is essential that you like to provide good service and build relationships, as you will be in direct contact with our tenants.

We would prefer that you have experience in a similar role as a property caretaker or equivalent. However, the most important thing for us is that you are curious and want to learn more!

Some parts of your work will be digital, so some computer skills/usage of iPhone are required. You also need to be proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, hold a B driver's license, and have good physical fitness as the position involves active work.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC systems, ventilation, and control technology.
