About the role As a senior salesperson at Autolease, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey. Your daily tasks involve prospecting, building relationships, and driving sales processes all the way to signed contracts. You are responsible for managing your customer list and are expected to find creative ways to open new doors, from seminars and customer meetings to networking events and joint activities.
Once the contracts are in place, our Key Account Managers take over the customer relationship in daily operations, but you always retain the important contract responsibility. You work closely with the bank's customer managers, which provides great opportunities to build relationships and find business opportunities both in Sweden and through our colleagues in Norway and Denmark.
You will be part of our Stockholm office, where you will join a group of six salespeople who, together with our sales and marketing manager, drive sales forward. In total, we have over 20 salespeople in Scandinavia, and we support each other across borders.
Who are you? To succeed in this role, you have experience in operational leasing and understand the complexity of the business; from administration and credit to risk and financing. You are a natural networker who loves to make connections and are comfortable engaging with decision-makers at a high level.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, persistent, and has a strong character, but also the ability to build trusting and long-term relationships. You are self-driven, creative, and used to maintaining a high level of activity. In short, you are a driven relationship salesperson who ensures that business becomes a reality.
