Senterprise specializes in IT recruitment and the placement of freelance consultants. With a large network of Sweden's top IT specialists and extensive experience in matching people with organizations, we help some of Sweden's leading employers find the right candidates for both employment and consulting assignments. We are now looking for a Junior Account Manager/Consultant Broker to join our sales team in Stockholm.

About the role

In your role as a Junior Account Manager, you will prospect new customers, present our services, and match the right consultants with the right companies. You will be an important part of a small, close-knit sales team where we support each other and work towards both individual and collective goals. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence and develop alongside experienced colleagues.

You will:

• Actively reach out to potential customers via phone and email.

• Build relationships with decision-makers.

• Present our services and create accurate consultant matches.

• Develop your own customer base for which you will eventually take full responsibility.

Who are you?

We believe you are a driven and curious person who enjoys taking initiative and learning new things. You are interested in tech and want to develop in sales. We also believe that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by finding solutions and achieving your goals.

We believe you have:

• Some experience in sales (B2B is a plus).

• Are social, unpretentious, and enjoy making new contacts.

• Enjoy proactive sales via phone and email.

• Have excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• Are structured, goal-oriented, and motivated by seeing results.

• Have an interest in IT/tech or want to learn more.
