The Role of Care Assistant with Us

In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and social support tailored to each care recipient's individual needs. By offering a responsive and professional approach, as well as planning and implementing daily activities, you contribute to creating a safe and pleasant environment for the care recipients.

In Kungsbacka, we strive to ensure that people have the opportunity to live their lives to the fullest. You will work in a wonderful team where we are responsible and care for both the residents and each other. For us at our care and nursing home, this means that we, with great attentiveness and commitment, provide each care recipient with the care and support they need, based on individual needs and according to approved decisions. We focus on our care recipients while working closely together.

The schedule will include days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your work effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained care assistant
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience working as a care assistant
• a B driver's license

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a permanent position as well as a temporary position for a period of one year. The positions are full-time with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Administration for Care & Support, all employees in home care and care and nursing homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the opportunity to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the operations.

As of July 1, 2023, care assistant is a protected job title.
