JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a driven property technician to join our team at VO Production! With us, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of our properties' facilities and technical systems, which includes:

• Preventive and corrective maintenance in the area
• Coordination of contractors and orders
• Receiving and addressing fault reports
• Internal and external rounds and to some extent also cleaning
• Collaborating with other operations staff and specialists at HEM
• Driving smaller projects
• Supporting other departments as needed

The position is a permanent full-time employment located at Kristinehedsverket.

YOUR PROFILE

To succeed in this role, we see that you have several years of experience in technical work within construction and facilities. You also have a good understanding of computers and systems, and you are an unpretentious and receptive person who is willing to further develop in the role. You should have a breadth of knowledge in ventilation, heating, construction, fire safety, and you enjoy working with maintenance and preventive measures. We place great importance on your personal qualities and ability to collaborate.

Qualifications:

• High school education, vocational school, or equivalent with a technical focus, such as HVAC, property technology, construction, or similar
• Driving license B
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Competence in SCADA
• Previous work with maintenance systems, especially if you have experience with MaintMaster
• Forklift and/or wheel loader license
