Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent, your role is to manage customer inquiries in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner via email, chat, and phone with your team.

You will assist with service and administration regarding our customers' services. This may also involve supporting and troubleshooting a service that the customer is having issues with. Regardless of the type of case you handle, you always ensure that the customer receives the highest level of service with accurate and complete information.

You will also have the chance to work with some of the world's most respected brands.

Requirements

- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written;

- Good knowledge of English is required;

- Computer skills (basic skills, advanced skills are considered a plus);

- Good analytical ability and logical thinking;

- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening;

- Proactive and quick learner;

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;

- EU citizenship or work permit for Greece;
