🔹 Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat

🔹 Troubleshooting technical issues and finding solutions

🔹 Updating systems and documenting customer inquiries

🔹 Ensuring a positive customer experience and professional service

Who are we looking for?

✔ Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)

✔ Good knowledge of English - as training is conducted in English

✔ Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach

✔ Basic IT understanding - you are accustomed to using a computer

✔ Solution-oriented and able to multitask

✔ Ability to work independently and in a team

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage (but not a requirement!)
