Do you want to take the next step as a mechanical designer in a role where you can contribute to important development projects within advanced industrial production? We are now looking for someone who wants to work closely with production, contribute with structure and continuity, and help drive the work forward in an international environment.

About the role

As a mechanical designer, you will be an important part of a team that develops and improves products for long-term sustainable solutions. You will work with design issues related to mechanical components and electric motors, where tasks range from creating drawings and documentation to coordinating with suppliers and internal specialists.

The work is varied and means that you will contribute both technically and organizationally. You will focus on getting things done and creating structure in the projects. You will be part of an experienced team with broad expertise, where your contribution will be crucial to ensure continuity and progress.

Your responsibilities

  • Create and update design documentation in CAD
  • Manage supplier issues and be a link between internal functions
  • Contribute to projects related to mechanical components and electric motor solutions
  • Work on production-related issues and ensure quality in deliveries
  • Participate in calculation and analysis work together with colleagues and consultants

We are looking for someone who has

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, production, or similar
  • 2–3 years of experience in mechanical design
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Basic knowledge of CAD

Meritorious

  • Experience with electric motors
  • Experience with Creo
