We at Sprio are looking for new customer service stars for Teleperformance in Solna (Stockholm).

What you will do on the job:

Talk to customers over the phone & assist them with their inquiries
Resolve issues directly during the call (you are the hero!)
Log cases in the system & keep track of information
Contribute to a great team spirit in the office

We are looking for someone who:

Is service-minded & enjoys talking to people
Can speak Swedish & English fluently
Has a high school diploma
Is ready to work full-time (80–100%) at varying hours
