About the role

As a Workshop Coach at Niemi Bil, you will be involved in troubleshooting, equipping used and new cars, maintenance, engine service, and repairs. Delivery service of new cars and troubleshooting may also be part of your tasks. As a workshop coach, you will also work administratively. The scope will vary according to the needs of the business. In your role, you will have contact with customers and other departments at Niemi Bil.

You will work in a strong, cohesive team where teamwork and helpfulness are the most important aspects.

You should be good at communicating and willing to help both customers and your colleagues, as you will work closely with our sales facilities, as well as our purchasing departments and other parts of the organization that may need support and information on workshop-related issues.

As a person, we value that you are positive, goal-oriented, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You should also be meticulous, practical, and have the ability to adapt to new situations.

Key competencies/abilities

• B driver's license
• Relevant automotive education or equivalent experience
• Previous work experience as a mechanic or experience in the workshop industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. English and other languages are an advantage.
• HV experience is an advantage.

Other
