Which area suits you?
Home Care:
- Your role will be to support and help recipients of home care to live as independently as possible.
- The work takes place in the citizen's own home. It is a coaching role, and the job is free and varied with great responsibility.
- You will move around different areas by walking, cycling, or driving.
Care and Support Housing:
- In our housing, people who need support and care reside.
- This may involve physical disabilities due to age or illness. You will be part of a team with care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, and you will receive tasks based on your level of competence.
- There is a wonderful community in the residences and activities in everyday life.
Night Patrol:
- The night patrol is there to help those who need support during the night.
- In this role, you will respond to alarms and also conduct scheduled visits.
- A driver's license is required.
Personal Assistance:
- Individuals with significant and long-term disabilities who need help managing daily life can receive assistance from personal support.
- Your role is to provide support based on the needs of the person you are working with.
Group/Service Housing under LSS:
- The work takes place in the user's own home, either in a group home or service housing. Your role is to support and help users live as independently as possible.
- It is a coaching role, and the job is free and varied with great responsibility.
Mobile Team:
- Your role is to support and help users live as independently as possible.

- You will move around different areas in Södertälje.
- You will work practically compensating based on needs.

Regardless of which area you will work in, you will receive a thorough introduction so that you feel secure in your role. We work with trained competence supervisors and use a well-regarded introductory material for new employees.

At our organization, we work varying hours such as day/evening, night, and weekends.
Who are you?
Requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- You should have basic computer skills.
Meritorious:
- B driver's license
- Trained nursing assistant or other education that we deem relevant, such as the child and leisure program with a focus on psychiatry.
- Completed YH education as a specialist nursing assistant in psychiatry or ongoing education.
- Experience from activities in elderly care and disability support.
- Experience in low-affect responses, working with challenging outward behavior.
- Experience and knowledge in using alternative augmentative communication, primarily communication with pictures and sign language.
