About the position

As a property manager at Victoriahem, you will play a central role in driving our business forward. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of part of our property portfolio, where you will drive maintenance and improvement work, develop investment decisions, and ensure that we have satisfied tenants. In your role, you will also have personnel responsibility for a team of property technicians, property caretakers, and environmental caretakers.

About the role

• Responsible for planned maintenance and ongoing management
• Responsible for smaller maintenance projects
• Conduct inspections during move-in and move-out
• Work commercially with improvement measures
• Maintain close contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors
• Personnel responsibility for property technicians, property caretakers, and environmental caretakers.

As a manager, you are responsible for the property portfolio from a technical and economic perspective with a focus on business acumen. The role also involves many points of contact, both internally and externally, and suits you if you are solution-oriented, structured, and communicative.

We are looking for someone who:

• Post-secondary education in property management, or equivalent experience
• Is a natural leader and enjoys working commercially and proactively
• Has a B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle

• Work in other locations (Arboga and Köping) may occur
