We at Attendo are now looking for hourly substitutes for Nämndemansgatan in Motala. A newly built and modern nursing home close to greenery and water. 

About the role

As an hourly substitute with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a big part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Meritorious:

• Experience from care work in elderly care.
• Certified nursing assistant.
• Experience of delegation.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity.

About the recruitment process

Before any employment, an extract from the criminal record along with valid photo identification must be presented. If you are called for an interview, you need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
