About the position
This position is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is managed by Bravura, but you will be employed directly by OSTTRA.

Your Role - What You’ll Do
As a Client Services Analyst, you will be part of a Client Services Team, where your work combines a client-facing role with opportunities for data analysis and tailored solutions, primarily for investment banks, most of which are located internationally. The work is carried out in cycles, which include onboarding new banks, technical preparation, and verification of market value and risk for OTC derivatives. The triBalance service also optimizes and balances client portfolios.
The role primarily involves:
- Managing the delivery of triBalance runs, including collecting and verifying client data and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Providing support and guidance to clients.
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Participating in the onboarding of new clients and ensuring a smooth implementation of the service.
- Collaborating internally with product developers, risk experts, and the sales team to improve service delivery and provide client insights.
We are looking for someone who
- Holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or equivalent.
- Has a basic understanding of financial instruments, including OTC derivatives and options.
- Possesses advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Has experience in client-facing roles, preferably within finance, is a plus but not a requirement.
- Is fluent in English (both spoken and written); Swedish is a plus.
