Do you want to kickstart your career in purchasing and sourcing? We are now looking for a Junior Sourcing Support who wants to become an important part of a dynamic team in Jonsered, just outside Gothenburg.

About the role:

As a Sourcing Support, you will play a central role in keeping the purchasing and sourcing process smooth and efficient. You will be the link between suppliers and internal teams, and you will have the opportunity to contribute with both structure and service.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate RFQs and follow up with suppliers.

• Support Category Managers in their work with administration and sourcing.

• Ensure that suppliers comply with requirements regarding customs, sustainability, and materials.

• Update and maintain supplier data in various systems.

• Onboard new suppliers in ERP and master data systems.

• Contribute to improvement initiatives that streamline work processes.

• Assist with Aftermarket Purchasing.

• Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused – even when the workload is heavy.

• Driven and takes initiative to keep processes moving.

• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Comfortable with data management, preferably with good Excel skills.
