About the role as a technical support employee Your primary task as a technical support employee is to assist users, healthcare personnel, and partners in the Danish and Swedish markets. You will also support the sales team with technical support questions and be responsible for handling incoming complaints.

You will work with support for advanced equipment and in many different systems, so it is very important that you have good technical skills and can easily familiarize yourself with new systems.

Your tasks • Assist users and partners regarding the medical technology equipment • Be responsible for the complaint flow • Order management may occur

Your qualifications • Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written • Very good system skills

Meritorious: • Experience working in customer service • Previously worked in healthcare or the medtech industry

Scope of the assignment • The position is part-time, 2 days a week. Your working hours will vary but are between 7 AM - 10 PM, Mon-Fri. • You will be based at the office in Alvik (Bromma), with the possibility of hybrid work in consultation with the company. • This is a consulting assignment, where you will be employed through The Place.
