Are you a meticulous and responsible person with experience in managing warehouse operations? We are now looking for a Warehouse Manager who wants to take full responsibility for the warehouse and ensure everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.

About the role

As a Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the work in the warehouse is conducted in a structured, efficient manner with the highest possible precision. You ensure that deliveries are always made on time and with high quality. The role also involves receiving orders, matching them against invoices, and following clear packing instructions to minimize errors and ensure that products can be received correctly.

You have overall responsibility for inventory management and hardware configuration. You work closely with both warehouse staff and colleagues who handle hardware configuration. In this role, you report to management, and in the long term, there may also be an opportunity to become part of the management team. 

Job responsibilities

• Be responsible for the warehouse process from start to finish
• Receive orders and match them against invoices
• Ensure order, structure, and high quality at all levels
• Follow precise packing instructions and eliminate errors
• Have personnel responsibility for warehouse staff and lead daily operations
• Be responsible for and closely collaborate with colleagues handling hardware configuration
• Contribute to the development of the warehouse and processes in line with the business

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with prior experience as a warehouse manager – not just as an employee, but with overall responsibility on your plate. You are loyal, service-oriented, and have the ability to maintain order and structure even when the pace is high.

You are the one who always delivers on time, does not take chances if you are unsure but asks questions, and takes responsibility all the way until delivery is made. It is an advantage if you have worked in Visma, but it is not a requirement.

We believe you have

• Documented experience as a warehouse manager
• Good references that support your accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Very high service level and ability to deliver on time
• Good physical condition – heavy lifting (25–30 kg) is involved
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
