YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

Inte Bara Post Bemanning is now looking for an operational logistics coordinator for our client in Central Stockholm. Our client is a Swedish medical technology company that is a leader in early diagnosis of arrhythmias and stroke prevention for healthcare.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and driving daily logistics work with a focus on inventory, deliveries, and customer support. You will coordinate everything from purchasing and packing kits to customs handling and shipping, as well as ensuring that new customers have a smooth onboarding process. You will work closely with both internal systems and external parties, handle complaints, follow up on sustainability goals, and ensure that all communication and documentation is up to date. Practical tasks such as configuring, cleaning equipment, and managing orders are also part of your daily routine.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• At least one year of work experience 
• High school education
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
