We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist for a maternity leave cover. You will be part of an agile CRM team where you will independently be responsible for implementing and optimizing CRM campaigns focusing on customer dialogues and personalization.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, program, and follow up on targeted campaigns and customer dialogues.
  • Set up automated and trigger-based customer journeys.
  • Optimize dialogues for the highest possible relevance and degree of personalization.
  • Initiate, conduct, and analyze A/B tests and other optimization efforts.
  • Orchestrate customer communication for maximum effect.
  • Follow up on marketing activities, analyze KPIs, and suggest improvements.
  • Be the link to stakeholders – from brief to scenario building, follow-up, and reporting results.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in larger organizations.
  • Independent and confident in driving campaigns from idea to analysis.
  • Meritorious: experience with Bloomreach Engagement (scenarios, reports, setups).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs.
  • Good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.

Scope & conditions
