Do you have previous experience in the food industry or as a machine operator? Do you thrive in a physically demanding environment? Then this could be a job for you!

About the position:

We are currently looking for someone interested in working in the food industry as a production operator for our client in Malmö. You will work physically with batches in production, packaging raw materials, preparing raw materials according to recipes, dating, and weighing for both automatic and manual filling. Please note that the job requires good physical condition as it involves a lot of physical work. You will work in an environment that can vary in temperature from 6+ to 25+, and sometimes warmer.

We are currently looking for two people for the afternoon shift and one person for daytime.

Working hours: Afternoon shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (1-hour break) Daytime: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM (1-hour break)

Requirements for the position:

- Previous experience in production, packaging, or as a machine operator

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

- Ability to work specified hours

- A driver's license and access to a car is required for commuting to and from the workplace.

Meritorious for the position:

- Knowledge of hygiene standards

- Previous experience with weighing/reading recipes

- Forklift license

Personal qualities:

As a person, you are ambitious, not afraid to work hard, and used to a fast pace. You are physically strong and willing to work in a demanding environment. You should be able to collaborate with your colleagues. You should have a strong work ethic and a good ability to work independently and take responsibility for daily tasks.
