What the role entails As an engineer with us, you will present technical solutions, which means effectively communicating and illustrating our innovative concepts to meet customer needs and increase understanding of how these can meet their unique requirements, aiming to create the best indoor climate in the most energy-efficient way with low climate impact.

You will work closely with our customers to create long-term valuable relationships based on technical understanding and innovation. You should be the engineer with in-depth industry knowledge who is committed to building bridges between our technology and our customers' current and future challenges, so they are prepared for the future.

Responsibilities Technical presentations: Conduct presentations for customers via physical meetings, Teams meetings, and phone. Tailor presentations for different technical levels and requirements. Technical solution proposals: Identify and discuss advanced solutions based on the customer's specific needs. Work closely with customers to design tailored concepts. Technical information: Explain complex information to the customer in a clear and understandable way. Translate technical details into benefits for the customer. Relationship building: Create and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential customers by acting as a technical advisor and expert. Business development: Proactively seek potential new construction projects and reuse projects with existing and new customers. Develop and present business opportunities. Specialist role: Be the specialist on our services and products. Stay updated on the latest technical features and upcoming developments. Meeting booking: Responsible for booking and conducting customer meetings. Technical support: Act as a support and sounding board for consultants during the startup phase of projects. Provide technical expertise and guidance. Event participation: Actively participate in fairs and other corporate and industry events as directed. Represent the company as a technical authority. Travel: Travel within Sweden to attend customer meetings and events.

We are looking for someone who has

• A degree in engineering from a university or college in a relevant field, or a vocational engineering education in HVAC or other equivalent education.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts at different levels.
• Experience in technical consulting or technical sales.
• The ability to be a respected technical advisor and expert for customers.
• 3 years or more of work experience from roles such as project engineer, project manager,
• HVAC designer, HVAC consultant, sales engineer, or any other engineering role.
