foodora Market continues to grow, develop, and expand at an extremely fast pace! We are currently breaking new ground in the entire grocery retail sector. We provide so-called DMarts (darkstores) and ensure that our customers receive their goods from a wide range of groceries within 15 minutes. We are now looking for a team leader for our store in Borås, who is ready to take on a leadership role in grocery retail and wants to join us on our exciting journey to become market leaders in fast e-commerce. As a team leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the daily operational activities run efficiently with the vision of Sweden's fastest grocery store. 

The position is part-time, where you are expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week.

WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) DO

• You lead yourself and other staff so that all work tasks are performed according to our jointly developed working methods
• You help take overall responsibility for the business
• You actively work to improve our common working methods and find new, more efficient solutions
• You test new working methods, evaluate them, and spread successful solutions to others in the company for best practice 
• Act as a role model for others regarding the company's values and vision

WHO YOU ARE

• Unpretentious - You are not afraid to jump in where needed
• Solution-oriented - You enjoy facing new challenges in a rapidly changing business
• Collaborative - You have the obvious energy that inspires others 

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have likely worked for a few years in retail, warehousing, restaurants, or similar businesses 
• You can communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• If you have experience in a leadership role, it is considered an advantage
