We operate throughout Sweden, from north to south, but have our office in Stockholm. We choose to be the slightly smaller and more personal choice for those seeking a more personal assistance.

The company's founder and owner has previously worked as a personal assistant, which we see as an extra force that helps us build stable workgroups where we deliver high-quality, person-centered assistance.

We are now looking for several personal assistants for a teenage girl living in TRÅNGSUND.

Job description and workplace

We are looking for several assistants for a lovely and cheerful girl who is almost 16 years old, living with her family in a villa, who enjoys music, movies, outings, and walks.

According to her wishes, we are only looking for female personal assistants.

She attends school during weekdays where no assistance is provided by her assistants. Therefore, the available working hours are during afternoons, evenings, and awake nights on weekdays and weekends.

We offer fixed schedule slots, rolling schedules. To ensure optimal functioning of the work, we are looking for individuals who can combine afternoon shifts on weekdays (2:00 PM - 9:00 PM) including school pick-up, with shifts every other weekend (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM).

There are also occasional night shifts (9:00 PM - 9:00 AM) where some include school drop-off.

We can also offer double shifts (12:00 PM - 4:00 PM) where the focus is on carrying out activities together with the girl.

As she uses a wheelchair, has autism and epilepsy, your role will be to assist her with everything she needs help with. You will assist in all types of care, ADL, and also medication.

You as a person need to be calm, very attentive, and positive. You also need to be meticulous. We would like you to feel how important it is for this girl to live like an ordinary teenager according to her needs and abilities. Integrity and thoughtfulness are your guiding principles in your work.

We view it positively if you have previous experience in assisting children/youth.

We will request an extract from the criminal record.
