The Technical Department of Torsby municipality is responsible for, among other things, the municipality's properties, buildings, contracts, energy issues, forestry management, water and sewage works, streets/roads, pipelines, waste management, as well as parks and recreational facilities.

As a pipe layer/construction worker, you will work under a supervisor in the water and sewage network at the water and sewage unit. The placement is in Klarälvsdalen, but your work will affect the entire municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Torsby municipality in Värmland, Technical Department, is looking for a service-oriented and responsible construction worker/pipe layer.

Your tasks will include municipal technical work, construction work/pipe laying. You will be part of the technical emergency response group (water and sewage emergency response and winter road maintenance).

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in municipal technical street and water and sewage operations or from construction and civil engineering activities or similar operations. Education in food hygiene, work on roads, and welding training in PE pipes is an advantage. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

A minimum class B driver's license is required. It is also desirable to have a BE, C license, and a driving certificate for a loader.
