The role with usThe Infrakraft Group is growing, and we are now looking for a self-reliantSite Managermark for the construction team in Karlstad. Initially, the placement will be in the Karlstad C project. We offer a varied role where you, as a site manager, actively participate in the technical and economic implementation of the project and lead and allocate the ongoing work accordingly.

As a site manager, you are expected to be involved and, in close collaboration with the site manager, work to drive your part of the project and the business forward. You are responsible for leading your team and ensuring a good working environment, while also collaborating with subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and authorities, among others.

Profile requirementsWe are looking for someone with a construction technical education from a university, college, or vocational education with at least a few years of experience in a similar role or several years of practical experience as a site manager in construction. It is a merit if you have previously worked in a railway environment.

A driver's license is a requirement. You must also be fluent in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.

Skills and personal qualitiesTo thrive as a site manager with us, you are flexible but at the same time decisive and solution-oriented. You are a positive and enterprising person with an engaged leadership style, and you have an easy time building trust. Your ability to inspire and engage both employees and subcontractors makes you a natural driving force in the projects.
