About the Swedish eHealth Agency
The Swedish eHealth Agency is an expert authority in e-health and plays a central role in the development of the national digital infrastructure for health data. The agency works to promote a more cohesive and sustainable care and support system in Sweden.
About the role
We are now looking for an experienced interim manager to provide support and act as an advisor to one of the department heads at the Swedish eHealth Agency. The role involves functioning as strategic support to both section and unit managers, focusing on digital development, agile working methods, and business development. You are expected to contribute to the development and follow-up of processes, as well as coach managers and employees in a development-intensive environment.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you need: • At least 15 years of experience as an IT manager in both the private and public sectors • At least 5 years of experience managing other managers • At least 5 years of experience in agile development operations • At least 10 years of experience coaching and developing managers and employees in development-intensive organizations • Experience establishing new operations within a government agency • Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
Additional Information Start: This is an interim position with an initial period from October 13, 2025, to October 12, 2026, with the possibility of extension for an additional six months. Working hours: Full-time Location: Stockholm. Remote work is possible, currently about three days a week.
