Ingelsta Kalkon was founded in 1984 and is today part of the family-owned Blentagruppen, owned by Jan Håkansson along with his daughters Jessica and Petra. Production takes place outside Tomelilla in Österlen. Ingelsta Kalkon is Sweden's leading brand when it comes to Swedish-produced turkey of the highest quality. We work daily to ensure that you feel safe when shopping with us. We can offer this by having control over the entire chain, from breeding to processing.

About the position:

The work consists of manual cutting of turkey. Training and onboarding take place on-site. The training lasts between 2-6 months depending on previous experience in cutting. After completing the training, you will join a work team with piecework.

Working hours are scheduled Monday – Thursday from 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM. Friday from 6:00 AM to 12:15 PM.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous, handy, and results-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility and can work structured even when the pace is high. You pay attention to quality and always strive to do a good job. You, as an applicant, can appreciate both independent work and teamwork. You have previous experience in cutting and knife skills.
