Your profile – Painter with precision, quality, and commitment

• You have experience or education in automotive painting, industrial painting, or a similar craft profession.
• You have a good understanding of the painting process from preparation to finished result, preferably with experience in primer, color, and clear coat.
• You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and enjoy delivering work with a high finish.
• A driver's license (B) is required.
• You work both independently and see the strength in good teamwork.
• Experience with digital documentation and color systems is an advantage.
• You communicate well in Swedish, additional languages are a plus.
• You work flexibly and solution-oriented, even when the pace is sometimes high.

Job responsibilities – Automotive painting, preparation, and quality control

• Perform painting of passenger cars according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Carry out preparation such as sanding, filling, and masking to ensure the best possible results.
• Mix and nuance colors based on color codes and digital color systems.
• Work on both minor damage jobs and complete paint jobs of larger scope.
• Check quality and execution and document the work process in our digital systems.
• Actively contribute to improvement work and development of painting methods and environmental considerations.
• Work closely with other teams such as sheet metal, damage inspection, and planning for a smooth workflow.
• Contribute to a safe, equal, and inclusive work environment.
