About us Aleris Art Clinic Gothenburg is a well-established clinic with approximately 85 employees, consisting of doctors, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We specialize in orthopedics, spinal surgery, physiotherapy, aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, and offer our patients a cohesive care chain from surgery to rehabilitation.
We collaborate with the regions and assist them in maintaining the care guarantee within reconstructive plastic surgery. We also accept privately paying patients and collaborate with insurance companies that offer health insurance. Art Clinic is a center of excellence and offers well-thought-out care with high quality, safety, and a well-planned patient journey. About the role As a plastic surgeon at Aleris Art Clinic, you will have the medical responsibility for planning, performing, and following up on plastic surgical treatments and operations. You will work closely with both patients and colleagues to ensure safe, professional, and high-quality care. In this role, you will also contribute to the development of the clinic's care offerings, quality assurance, and medical guidelines. You are an important part of the clinic's expert team and report to the operations manager.

Your main responsibilities
- Perform plastic surgical procedures and treatments with the highest medical quality and patient safety
- Participate in the assessment, planning, and follow-up of patient care
- Contribute to the development of the clinic's care offerings and methods in line with Aleris Art Clinic's strategy
- Ensure high patient satisfaction through professional interaction and individually tailored care
- Actively participate in the clinic's quality and development work, including ISO certification in quality and environment
- Be a knowledge resource and mentor colleagues in the field of plastic surgery
- Strengthen collaborations with healthcare partners and insurance companies
Who are you?
We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in plastic surgery who wants to contribute both medical expertise and aesthetic sense. You are a skilled clinician who focuses on patient safety and results while working in a structured, methodical manner with high quality.
As a person, you are confident and solution-oriented, which inspires trust and professionalism in your interactions with patients. You are empathetic and communicative, with a natural ability to build good relationships and contribute to positive teamwork. Your drive lies in developing care, participating in improvement work, and constantly raising the quality of plastic surgical work.
We prefer that you have experience in aesthetic and/or reconstructive plastic surgery and are accustomed to teamwork in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Experience in insurance or private care is an advantage. An interest in medical development work, process improvement, and quality monitoring is highly valued.

Employment conditions
Employment type: Permanent employment, 6-month probationary period applies
Scope: Full-time/part-time, 40 hours per week
Start date: According to agreement
Salary: Individual salary setting
Collective agreement exists via Vårdföretagarna
