We are looking for you who are already or want to become a restaurant employee and take a place in the Bastard Burgers restaurant, to prepare and serve Sweden's best burgers. You are open to varied tasks and can take a position in both the kitchen and the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and culinary craftsmanship. As a restaurant employee at Bastard Burgers, you will work in a fast-paced environment, so it is especially important that you understand that communication is crucial for smooth and enjoyable teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle them effectively and with a solution-focused mindset.

You have the right attitude and a wonderful personality, where you understand that you are incredibly important to both the guests and your colleagues, so you come to work with good energy - just like the rest of the team. For you, it is a given that guests should receive the best service. Your CV is not as important as your willingness to work and develop together with us – we already have the knowledge and are happy to share it.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education requirement: none
• Experience requirement: none, but previous experience in the restaurant and service industry is a plus
• Language requirement: speaks English or Swedish. It is a plus if you master both languages.
• We would like you to be cooperative, have a positive attitude, be engaged with Bastard Burgers, and ideally have some knowledge of us from before!
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• We would also like you to live in the vicinity of the unit
