We are looking for an Operations and Process Operator for a newly established food company

Do you want to be part of building something from the ground up and develop in an exciting industry? We are now looking for an operations and process operator on behalf of our client.

About the role

As an operations and process operator, you will be responsible, together with colleagues, for the daily operations of the facility. You will work closely with both the operations team and other staff, contributing to ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Process monitoring and machine settings

• Rounding, sampling, and simpler analyses in the lab (e.g., pH, viscosity)

• Food safety checks and reporting of risk observations/incidents

• Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

• Contributing to order and safety at the facility

Requirements

• Secondary technical education (preferably industrial technology program, specialization in process technology) or equivalent experience

• Experience from industry or process industry, preferably in the role of operations technician/operator

• Basic IT skills

• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious

• Practical experience working with wet and dry processes

• ADR training

Other information

Working hours: Daytime and 2-shift work may occur. The position is full-time.

A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.
