We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for our client in Västerås.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive strategies and procedures for transportation and logistics.
• Ensure that local initiatives comply with global guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop key performance indicators focusing on cost, service, and delivery precision.
• Lead the team responsible for planning, recruitment, and development.
• Drive operational activities and deliver stable results.
• Contribute to change initiatives and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Ability to combine strategy with practical implementation.
• Results-oriented and good at collaborating and developing teams.
• Knowledge of logistics standards, pricing, and global flows.
• Very good English; Swedish is a plus.
• Academic degree in logistics, economics, or engineering.
