Svekon is located in modern and vibrant premises in Solna, Borlänge, and Kungsängen. This role is based in Svekon's facility in Kungsängen, which is a combined industrial space with office areas - an exciting environment where they are building something new together. Here, you will be part of a journey from the start and create routines, processes, and a quality-assured production.

What does the role include?

As a quality manager, you will play a central role in building and driving the quality work in Svekon's production facilities. You will have the opportunity to shape structures, develop routines, and ensure that Svekon meets customer requirements for quality and documentation within the production operations.

You will be part of a small but dedicated team where you collaborate closely with the site manager, logistics, and project managers - and of course with the assemblers on the floor.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure quality in production by developing and improving work instructions, routines, and processes

• Be involved in production and together with the team identify risks, improve work methods, and ensure quality results

• Participate in and support the work with ISO certifications (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)

• Map and evaluate the existing quality system

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of experience in quality work within production, preferably from the manufacturing or automotive industry

• Experience with ISO 9001

• Ability to independently build and develop processes and routines

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience in occupational health and safety work

• Experience with ISO 14001

• A background in the defense or automotive industry
