Who are you?
To fit the role of product specialist, we believe you enjoy having close contact with customers - and that you are motivated by seeing how your work truly makes a difference. You are a self-driven person with a strong results focus, enjoy collaborating with others, and have the ability to solve problems with both sharpness and a service mindset.
Have you previously worked with the school transport program Vega? That is a big plus - but not a requirement.
About the role

The role involves an important communicative and educational function towards our customers, so it is important that you express yourself fluently in Swedish, both in speech and writing. Therefore, we also see that your application is written in Swedish.

Your tasks
In the role of product specialist, you will strengthen the support team for our in-house developed school transport solution Vega. This is a role for you who enjoys being in the middle of an operation and contributing both technical expertise and a service mindset.
In your work, you will:
- Be the problem solver in close dialogue with customers - via phone, ticketing system, and remote connection.
- Understand the various operational processes and configurations of customers to comprehend how they work with our solution.
- Work with a complex and exciting system where each day presents new questions to dive into.
- Be involved in the development of new versions of the product.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by updating our help forum and wiki page.
- Conduct training and workshops for our customers - if you have the interest and the right profile.
This is a varied and developing job where you get to learn something new almost every week.

The position is full-time with placement in Mora, Gävle, or Sundbyberg. Start date is according to agreement. Selection is ongoing - send in your application as soon as possible. Personality and capacity tests may occur in the process, and background checks will be performed on the final candidate.
