Assignment Overview

IT Technician – First Line Support

What You Will Work On

  • Troubleshoot and support IT-related issues for both hardware and software
  • Manage tickets in the customer's incident management system
  • Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Provide end-user support in Microsoft 365 and other applications
  • Create and maintain user documentation and instructions
  • Collaborate with Second Line, Operations, and third-party vendors for escalated issues
  • Help define routines and processes for efficient IT support
