Assignment Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Embedded Software Architecture Lead.

What You Will Work On

• Define and own the architectural vision and strategy for embedded software flows and toolchains.
• Document current and target state architectures, identifying gaps and enabling strategic transformation.
• Establish architectural guidelines and best practices aligned with the organization’s North Star architecture.
• Translate business and product lifecycle requirements into effective architectural solutions.
• Work hands-on with development teams to support architectural implementation and decision-making.
• Simplify complex integration flows and mixed-technology environments to increase agility and development speed.
• Monitor industry trends and proactively drive innovation in embedded software development processes.
• Ensure alignment between technical architecture, business strategy, and long-term product evolution.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture, with strong focus on embedded systems.
• Extensive experience working with complex software integration flows and toolchains.
• Strong background in modern architectural practices such as cloud-native development, microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and DevOps.
• Proven ability to navigate and simplify complex technical ecosystems with mixed technology stacks.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to engage across technical teams and senior leadership.
• Experience translating strategic vision into actionable architectural roadmaps.
