Sun Sushi is a sushi restaurant with a focus on Japanese cuisine, located in the heart of Vårgårda. We are passionate about serving high-quality sushi and other Japanese specialties to our guests. We are now looking for a sushi chef to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a sushi chef with us, you will:

• Prepare and cook sushi and other Japanese dishes according to our recipes and standards.

• Ensure the highest quality and follow our hygiene and safety procedures.

• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and collaborate with other team members in the kitchen.

• Participate in menu development and propose new dishes.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a sushi chef or a similar role.

• Has solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine, specifically sushi.

• Can communicate in Swedish or English.

• It is a plus if you speak a third language, such as Japanese or Chinese, but it is not a requirement.
