Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience in finance during your studies? We are seeking an engaged and detail-oriented student for a position until Christmas. You will have the chance to work part-time, about two days a week with our client's treasury group in northern Stockholm.

Responsibilities

You will work with guarantee management within a company that is a leader in its industry. Your tasks will be varied, and you will gain a unique insight into how a large company's guarantees are managed from start to finish. You will, among other things:

Order, establish, register, and administer guarantees.
Validate invoices from external guarantors.
Reconcile the guarantee system with external parties.
Invoice guarantee costs and internal prices to projects and legal entities.
Prepare and report the company's guarantee exposure.
Support business areas regarding guarantee issues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has at least one year left of their studies in finance or economics. You are curious, interested in numbers, and have a meticulous approach to your work. You have a service-minded personality and enjoy working both independently and with others. In this role, you will have daily contact with 200 local guarantee administrators, which requires your ability to interact and communicate.

Scope: Part-time, about 2 days/week, until Christmas. Location: Northern Stockholm.
