As an operator, you will manufacture materials and products in our client's machinery. You maintain order and cleanliness in your work area and follow established routines. Part of your overall work is also to follow the prioritization order S-Q-P and to challenge our established working methods with improvement suggestions. It is important to have experience working in digital systems. You will be in the primary department, where there is process equipment that requires technical understanding. To deliver in the role, you need to interpret technical error messages and perform troubleshooting based on this.

Role Description:

As an operator, you will manufacture materials and products in our machinery. You maintain order and cleanliness in your work area and follow established routines. Part of your overall work is also to follow the prioritization order S-Q-P and to challenge our established working methods with improvement suggestions. It is important to have experience working in digital systems. In the primary department, we have process equipment that requires technical understanding. To deliver in the role, you need to interpret technical error messages and perform troubleshooting based on this.

Responsibilities and Authorities:

• Responsible for operating our process equipment and performing initial troubleshooting, communicating this to technicians
• Responsible for registering necessary information in our digital weighing system
• Responsible for manufacturing our products according to established routines
• Responsible for correctly filling out the required documentation (BMR)
• Responsible for sharing important information with the next shift during handover.
• Responsible for following established safety routines and operating our process equipment safely.

Main Tasks:

• Manufacturing products in our process equipment and understanding the digital aids and monitoring systems
• Performing first and last bits checks on products according to routine
• Following 5S and keeping your machine and work area clean and tidy
• Actively working on improvement efforts
• Reporting safety deficiencies to promote a good work environment
• Ensuring shift handovers are managed at the daily control board and that deviations are noted
• Using specified personal protective equipment and following established hygiene rules
• Working to achieve specified targets and reporting and documenting deviations when targets are not met

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the process industry
• Approved high school education in technology
• Understanding work instructions and creating an understanding of the consequences if established working methods are not followed
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

PREFERABLE

• Experience in a digitized operation
• Understanding and filling in relevant documents
• Good computer skills
• Good problem-solving ability

Working Hours

EM: Mon-Thu 15:20-23:25, Fri: 15:20-21:30 FM: Mon-Fri: 07:00-15:30

A driver's license and access to a car are required for travel to and from the workplace.
