Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Information Security Specialist who wants to be part of our team. In this role, you will play a central role in ensuring that our and our clients' handling of security matters complies with applicable regulatory requirements (such as NIS, DORA) and information security standards, such as ISO 27000 and NIST. You will work both internally and as a consultant for our clients, which means a varied and challenging work environment with great opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

Participate in and/or lead information security work both internally and through consulting assignments with our clients, for example:

• Draft, implement, and maintain governing documents.
• Conduct risk analyses and security assessments to identify and manage potential information security risks, both internally and externally.
• Act as a demanding, supportive, and reviewing party for information security controls and measures.
• Monitor and review the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of information security are maintained and developed in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Drive, develop, and support continuity work including ensuring regular testing and follow-up.
• Manage work during active incidents and data breaches at our clients and conduct subsequent investigations and actions.
• Develop and conduct training and workshops to raise awareness of information security within the organization and externally.

Qualifications

• Experience working with information security, risk management, and continuity work, with insight into regulatory requirements such as DORA, NIS, and standards such as ISO 27000 or NIST, preferably within banking, insurance, or other regulated activities.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal and technical documents.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Structured and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and work effectively in a changing environment.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license and access to a car.

Desirable Skills

• Work experience in IT Operations, IT Security, SOC, NOC, SIRT, and IT development.
• Experience in managing incidents, changes, and audits in the field of information security.
• Education/degree in information security, computer science, IT, or other equivalent qualifications.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
• Knowledge of data protection laws, such as GDPR.
• Experience and understanding of regulations such as FFFS, EBA, EIOPA, CER, and CRA.
• Experience conducting training and workshops.
• Experience working with both internal and external assignments.
