About the role As a car salesperson with us, you will have the chance to work with new car sales of our well-known car brands. Your main task will be to guide customers through the entire sales process – from the first contact to delivering the keys to their new car. You will help customers find the right solutions by presenting our models, advising on accessories and financing options, and ensuring that each customer receives the best service. You will work closely with a high-performing sales team and maintain close contact with the brand manager, workshop, and back office to ultimately deliver the best customer experience.

You will report to the sales manager of the facility.

Who are you?

We believe that you have a genuine interest in building long-term relationships, where you create trust with both customers and colleagues through your attentiveness and problem-solving ability. You are goal-oriented, structured, and enjoy taking responsibility. You are comfortable working proactively to find new customers by making both warm and cold calls to schedule customer meetings that lead to sales. With your unpretentious attitude, you are driven to find new business opportunities and exceed customer expectations.

Furthermore, we would like you to have:

  • Several years of experience in sales and proactive work.
  • The ability to independently structure your work in a dynamic work environment.
  • Good computer skills and a basic interest in vehicles.
  • A strong understanding of following processes and routines.
  • Be fearless in establishing new customer contacts, both through personal meetings in our showroom and through proactive outreach.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • A valid driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus.
