As a product trainer, you will be part of a team of twelve people, consisting of product trainers and technical writers. Your main task is to prepare and conduct training for customers' operators and technicians in connection with the delivery of technical systems. The role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with world-leading technology in an innovative company with great development opportunities. Since the training takes place globally, international travel is included in the position, approximately 20-50 travel days per year. The role includes ongoing preparations, reading up, and material development to ultimately encompass training of the customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build, and update training materials and familiarize yourself with new or existing systems.
• Conduct training on-site at the customer's location, which regularly involves travel abroad.
• Train customers' operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel in various technical systems.
• Adapt training according to different customers' technical solutions and conditions.
• You always work together with a colleague – both during training and travel.

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone who has an interest in technology and possesses a basic technical understanding.
• You have a pedagogical interest, a desire to work as a trainer, and are comfortable speaking in front of a group.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• As the position is security classified, you must have Swedish citizenship.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Previous experience in telecommunications, radio systems, communication systems, or radar.
• A university degree in a technical field.
• A military background or experience from the Armed Forces.
• Previous experience as a trainer or teacher.

This position is security classified, which means you will need to undergo and be approved in a security clearance to be employed.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
