We are looking for a driven and confident shift leader for our client in Malmö!

Do you have experience leading teams in production and thrive in a role where you make a difference every day? Now you have the chance to become a key person in the management at a successful company in Malmö.

As a shift leader, you are the link between the production staff and management, responsible for planning the daily work, leading the team on the floor, and ensuring that production runs according to plan – with high quality, efficiency, and safety. The tasks include coaching the staff by motivating, engaging, and following up on individual development. 

We are looking for a total of three shift leaders – two for day shifts and one for night shifts.

Day shifts: 

- Morning Mon-Thurs 06:00-14:15, Friday 06:30-13:30

- Afternoon Mon-Thurs 14:00-23:00

Night shift: Sun-Wed 22:45-06:15, Thursday 22:45-06:45

Employment type: You will initially be employed by Processbemanning, with very good opportunities to eventually transition to a direct employment with the client company.

Requirements

- Swedish and English in speech and writing

- Previous leadership experience in the manufacturing industry (shift leader, team leader)

- Forklift license A1-4, B1-B4

- Driver's license and access to a car

Preferred qualifications

- Previous work experience in the plastics industry

- Education in management/personnel responsibility
