THE ROLE As a sous chef, you lead the daily operations & are present. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential paths forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, quality-assure processes, and ensure that the highest quality is maintained at all levels. The goal is satisfied guests. You will actively work with sustainability. We are a dedicated team of about 40 employees, and we offer opportunities in hotel, restaurant, and spa. With proximity to MTB cycling, hiking, paddling, golf, skiing, and much more, we are a destination for both activity and relaxation. Our kitchen is recognized by the White Guide, and our 49 hotel rooms and suites are tastefully decorated with top-quality materials. In the summer, we also offer a lovely pool area with both a large pool and a children's pool.
