THE ROLE As a sous chef, you lead the daily operations & are present. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential paths forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, quality-assure processes, and ensure that the highest quality is maintained at all levels. The goal is satisfied guests. You will actively work with sustainability. Our kitchen is recognized by the White Guide, and our 49 hotel rooms and suites are tastefully decorated with top-quality materials. In the summer, we also offer a lovely pool area with both a large pool and a children's pool.
