Are you our new property technician? Help us develop housing cooperatives in Uppsala

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping residents and boards in housing cooperatives with maintenance and repairs. Delagott is growing rapidly, thanks to satisfied customers. We believe customer satisfaction is due to our ability to provide feedback to our clients. Communication is key in our industry. We currently have 102 employees in Uppsala, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, with several local offices. We are now looking for a technician based in Uppsala for part-time work.

With us, you will work closely with people, with a wide variety of tasks, and an employer that focuses on communication and customer satisfaction. We take a holistic approach to how to lead and develop a housing cooperative, and in that role, the property technician is a key person.

We are looking for a handy person, preferably with specialist skills in electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or construction, who enjoys maintaining a high level of service.

Delagott develops and manages properties, primarily housing cooperatives. We assist with technical management and related services. Our headquarters is located in Kungliga Myntet on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, and we have several local management offices in Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Malmö, operated by franchisees. We are about 65 people working at Delagott, of which around 15 are at the headquarters. We have been named a Super Company by Veckans Affärer, and we have good growth and profitability.
